Well what can we say about PPEXPO 2017?
Other than it was another fantastic show it was also the end of an era for Sharon Lee. Having exhibited at the formally named Trade Only show and more currently PPEXPO for many years you will see things have evolved somewhat. Just check out how we looked back in 2011 compared to this year’s stand.
For us it was the busiest we have ever been, and it was great to see some old faces alongside many new faces on our stand. Our outstanding range of styles, materials and finishes sparked some interesting conversations and many enquiries.
This year’s show was a big one for us, what with it being our 70th year selling headwear and also the introduction of a large range of new products and branding techniques which we’ve have been working on over the past 6 months.
This year we made sure that we took full advantage of interacting with the show in a very different way – through social media. Over the two days we engaged with both our clients and visitors using the PPEXPO hashtag #PPEXPO, and the Sharon Lee team shared many pictures plus the odd video.
SO WHAT DID WE LEARN AT THE SHOW THIS YEAR?
Sharon Lee has always focused on quality first and price second. It was great to hear that many of our stand visitors shared this ethos, and quality for many is a prerequisite. As we focus on expanding our range and finishing techniques, quality will always be key to us while maintaining a competitive price at all times. Look out for the new product lines and some ground-breaking branding techniques in the coming months.
So as the doors of PPEXPO shut for good, the team at Sharon Lee is looking forward to seeing what exciting projects you have for us this year.
