Having a supplier be open and honest with you can be a huge benefit. Here at Sharon Lee, our core values and overall ethos as a company is on full display – we sell high-quality headwear and are industry experts. If you’re worried about products not meeting yours, or more importantly your customer’s ethical needs, then audits and accreditations are a great way to distinguish those who are genuinely ethical.
This is an important area and many big and successful companies such as Disney have whole departments dedicated to Audits and Testing. We at Sharon Lee are fully SMETA audited and our products are all REACH compliant. Madeira (our thread supplier) are also OKITEX approved. Our Sales Team are dedicated to giving you the best possible level of service. Hollie, Aimee and Liam are the first line of contact and can focus on your order completely thanks to the administration and documentation completed by Debbie (our Sales Processor). Generally, you will only be dealing with one account manager but it is important to note that Danny, our Sales Director is available to discuss any out of the ordinary occurrence that might happen.
We believe that having a good structure to our sales and customer service team and having the right people in the right jobs is vital. We understand that enquiries need to be dealt with quickly, creatively, and without hassle. Aimee, Hollie and Liam are in place to do exactly this. Equally, orders need to be on time, correct and hassle-free. Debbie takes all of the details from the Salesperson and makes sure this happens.
