Flexifit Caps

Sharon lee are proud to be working with Flex fit to offer a range of fully bespoke caps to meet all your promotional/retail needs.
The free-size cap is the most important patents and recognized around the world and is marketed under the FLEXFIT® trademark. The patent covers use of elastic spandex the crown together with the attachment of a stretchable sweatband.
Engineered to fit any size of head, product is highly efficient to produce and incredibly comfortable to wear.

Below is just a very small selection of what is achievable with our bespoke service. From simple embroidery right through to intricate details on individual panels, anything is achievable.
If you have a specific colour you need to match, no problem, let us know what the Pantone reference is and we will try to match the colour as close as possible to the 1.8 million yards of fabric held in stock at any one time.

Why should you consider using our direct import service?
Whilst we try to carry the most diverse range of headwear,
there will always be a requirement for something out of the ordinary.
So how do we do it?
There is little limitation to what can be done, as all the details and design are added before the cap is fully assembled.
CAD/Art work design
If you're stuck for ideas, why don't you let us design a few options? All we need is the logo and a rough idea of what the customer is looking for.
Sampling
From the above we can then send the visuals to our factory for them to copy and produce a pre production sample for approval.
Production
Once all has been approved, our factory will arrange for production to start. With our production line, standard production is around 35 days.
Delivery
We have a great relationship with our freight forwarders, which allow us to offer the very best service, using the most professional shipping companies around. From standard sea freight to competitively priced air freight, we have options available for all eventualities.
